PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment:
Luxury services - This will follow the bookings and services use, will be advised after quote.
Private tours - Certain amount of deposit will be accepted to reserve the tours by credit card online and outstanding balance on tour dates can be issue by cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only).

Join tours - Full amount of total price will be accepted by credit card online also bank transfer will be accepted by the sender will take responsible for transaction fees. After the company received payment, voucher will issue accordingly.

Transportations - Will be advised at the booking time due to land and sea transportations are completely different systems work.

Package tours - Full amount of total price be accepted by credit card online also bank transfer will be accepted by the sender takes responsible for transaction fees. After the company received payment, voucher will issue accordingly.
Cancellation:
Luxury services -
This will follow by services use, cancellation will be advise after booking.
Private tours -
Nov to Apr if cancel less than 6 days, deposit will be non-refundable. From 7 - 15 days 10% of full amount will applied.
May to Oct if cancel less than 2 days, deposit will be non-refundable. From 3 - 7 days 10% of full amount will applied.

Join tours -
Nov to Apr if cancel less than 3 days, payment will be non-refundable.
May to Oct if cancel less than 24 hours, payment will be non-refundable.

Transportations -
Will be advised after the booking complete.

Package tours -
Nov to Apr if cancel less than 10 days, deposit will be non-refundable. From 11 - 30 days 10% of full amount will applied.
May to Oct if cancel less than 7 days, deposit will be non-refundable. From 8 - 15 days 10% of full amount will applied.
Other conditions:

Any confirmations must get via e-mail or chat applications only. We are not accept bookings by phone.
Prices are in Thai Baht, conversion to other currencies will be refer to Bank of Thailand on reservation day.
If any cancellations come from our side or incident such as the weather or etc. full payment will be waive to your account.
