PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings:
All bookings must be made through email, text messages, or chat applications; we do not accept bookings via phone calls. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive the required deposit.
Please note that any changes made after the booking confirmation are possible, but the price may be subject to adjustment based on the modifications.
Payment:
Private tours - To confirm your booking with us, an initial deposit is required. The remaining balance will be collected on the first day of your scheduled service, and you can choose to pay either by cash or credit card at that time. This ensures a smooth and secure reservation process, allowing you to fully enjoy your upcoming experience with peace of mind.
Join tours - We accept the full amount of the total price via credit card online or bank transfer. Please note that if you choose to pay via bank transfer, the sender is responsible for covering any transaction fees. Once the payment has been received, we will issue a voucher confirming your booking.
Transportations - Details regarding transportation payment will be provided at the time of booking, as land and sea transport operate under entirely different systems. This allows us to offer the most accurate and tailored information based on your specific needs and preferences.
Other services - The payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation:
Private tours -
High Season 01 November – 30 April

Cancellations occurring more than five (5) days prior to the start date, all charges are non-refundable.
Low Season 01 May – 31 October

Cancellations occurring less than two (2) days prior to the start date, all charges are non-refundable.
Join tours -
Between November and April, if made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled service, the payment will be non-refundable.
Between May and October, if made less than 36 hours prior to the scheduled service, the payment will also be non-refundable.
Transportations -
Will be advised after the booking completed.
Package tours -
Will be advised after the booking completed.
Promotions:

All prices are listed in Thai Baht, and any currency conversion will be based on the Bank of Thailand’s exchange rate on the day of your reservation.

In the event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or other incidents, the full payment will be refunded or waived and credited back to your account.
