• The tour will commence as per your request, typically lasting 7-8 hours for a full day and 4 hours for a half day.

• Pick-up and drop-off services are available at any location on Phuket Island.

• We provide towels, life jackets, and first aid kits on board.

Booking and Cancellation 

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the yacht booking.

• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the tour date and can be paid in cash or by credit card.

• Booking confirmation will be issued once the deposit is received.

• For cancellations from November to April: if you cancel less than 15 days before the first day of service, the deposit is non-refundable. From May to October, this period is 10 days.

• If we cancel due to weather conditions or other incidents, a full refund will be credited to your account.
